By using pcbtools.xyz, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Simple as that.

What We Provide

pcbtools.xyz offers free PCB design calculators, converters, and reference tools. Our tools are provided "as-is" to help with your design work.

  • Calculators for trace width, impedance, thermal, and more
  • EasyEDA to KiCad/Altium converters
  • Stackup templates and fabrication resources
  • Learning materials and community features

Your Responsibilities

  • Verify calculations: Always double-check results against datasheets and industry standards before production.
  • Use at your own risk: You're responsible for how you apply our tools to your designs.
  • No abuse: Don't hammer our APIs, scrape data, or use bots without permission.
  • Be respectful: If using community features, keep it professional and constructive.

Disclaimer

Important: Our calculators are educational aids, not certified engineering tools. Results should be validated by qualified engineers before use in production PCBs. We are not liable for design failures, manufacturing defects, or any damages arising from use of our tools.

Intellectual Property

  • Our content: Site design, calculator logic, and original content are © pcbtools.xyz.
  • Your designs: Files you upload for conversion remain yours. We don't claim ownership.
  • Open source: Some tools like KiNotes are open source under their respective licenses.

Account Terms

  • One account per person
  • You're responsible for your account security
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
  • You can delete your account anytime

Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee 100% availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. For a free service, we think that's fair.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pcbtools.xyz and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be highlighted on the site.
